Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas is being taken out of service for a week and a half to repair its propulsion system.

The move will mean the cancellation of the ship's April 6 departure, an 11-night Australian sailing.

While the ship is out of commission, April 6-17, repairs will be made to its Azipod units. The ship has been forced the ship to operate at slower-than-normal speeds.

Guests on the cancelled cruise will get a full refund and a 100% credit towards a future cruise.
