Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce a new spa brand, Serene Spa & Wellness, on its five ships starting in December.

The Serene spas won't be operated by Canyon Ranch, which has run Regent's spas for the past decade. The Serene brand will be operated in-house.

Regent said the new brand was originally set for installation only on its upcoming Seven Seas Splendor, but the concept proved so appealing that it will go fleetwide.

In addition to treatments, the Serene concept will include fitness, culinary and excursion components. It will be installed first on Seven Seas Explorer on the Dec. 7 voyage.

Serene will be rolled out to Seven Seas Mariner on Jan. 6, Seven Seas Voyager on Jan 7, Seven Seas Navigator on Jan. 23, and the Splendor on Feb. 6.

A full menu of treatments is available on Regent's website, as well as in a Serene Spa & Wellness brochure.
