Royal Caribbean International has released details about new and altered dining experiences on Utopia of the Seas, an Oasis-class ship debuting in July.

The Utopia will introduce a food truck-style eatery called The Spare Tire. Located poolside and designed like a food truck, The Spare Tire will be complimentary and feature items such as pulled pork sandwiches and cheeseburger flatbread, plus daily rotating desserts.

The ship will also feature Royal Railway -- Utopia Station, an immersive dining venue that will mimic the experience of dining on a train. The experience begins with pre-dinner drinks at a station platform. When the train whistle sounds, guests will board the dining car, where they will see landscapes out their "windows," such as the Wild West.

As on the new Icon of the Seas, Royal Caribbean is moving specialty Japanese restaurant Izumi to Central Park on the Utopia. The venue will offer a pickup window serving sushi, Japanese-inspired street food and sweets. A sit-down Izumi venue will be located next door offering a new multicourse omakase-inspired private dining experience that includes sake cocktails, more teppanyaki tables and al fresco dining.

Giovanni's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar is a two-story space. The specialty restaurant will also stretch to an outside terrace called Gio Terrazza to overlook the Boardwalk.

Utopia will also have The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant and Bar (introduced on Wonder of the Seas) and old favorites Hooked Seafood, Chops Grille and Trellis Bar. The ship will offer more than 20 dining experiences.

Sailing short cruises out of Florida's Port Canaveral, Utopia is Royal Caribbean's sixth Oasis-class ship.
