Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is adding a third superyacht to its fleet -- the Scenic Ikon. The 270-guest ship will debut in April 2028 and is under construction in Croatia.

The Ikon's 135 suites across five decks will range from 365 square feet to 2,691 square feet.

At 672 feet long, the ship will be larger than the fleet's two other yachts, the Scenic Eclipse I and II. Those vessels also accommodate fewer guests with a 228-guest capacity.

The ship will have 15 dining venues and a two-level spa. It will be equipped with two helicopters, a submarine and Zodiacs.

In its first year, the Scenic Ikon will sail itineraries featuring the Mediterranean, Egypt, Antarctica, Chile, the Falkland Islands, Dakar and the Cape Verde Islands.

Bookings are open for the Scenic Ikon. Its inaugural sailing from Venice is sold out, Scenic Group said.

Emerald Cruises & Tours, Scenic's sister brand, previously announced it is also expanding its ocean fleet with the Emerald Kaia yacht launching next year and the Emerald Raiya and Emerald Xara coming in 2027.
