Seven Seas Cruises has developed a signature cocktail lineup for its new Seven Seas Splendor debuting in February.

"We've crafted the most ambitious cocktail menu for Seven Seas Splendor's inaugural season to highlight premium spirits, fresh ingredients, bitters, purees, reductions and more to help guests celebrate and toast Regent's newest ship," said Bernhard Klotz, vice president of food and beverage for Regent.

The lineup consists of 19 new cocktails and eight new gins.

The cocktails include the Virgo, which features Monkey Shoulder Scotch whiskey, blended with a chili and pineapple reduction and cinnamon bitters, served in a Fizz Rock glass, and the Unlucky Irish, with Irish Gunpowder gin, lemon juice, basil, black peppercorns and Indian tonic.
