Holland America Line will add poolside bandstands for live music on the Oosterdam and Zuiderdam.
Guests can anticipate live performances from the bandstands during Holland America Line's signature Orange Party.
The bandstands will be added when each ship undergoes a refurbishment as part of the Holland America Evolution program, which is the cruise line's largest-ever fleet renovation.
The Oosterdam is the first of six ships scheduled for the transformation; it will emerge from a drydock in December 2027. The Zuiderdam will follow in April 2028.
In addition to the new bandstand, other announced changes include new staterooms and suites and the addition of Grand Dutch Café.
The other four ships undergoing transformations are the Noordam, Westerdam, Zuiderdam, Eurodam and Nieuw Amsterdam.
