This spring, Ajwa Hotels will open its second property, the Ajwa Cappadocia in the province of Nevsehir, Turkey.
Set across three buildings, the hotel will feature 98 guestrooms and cave suites, an on-site restaurant, a spa, kids club, a small farm and a landscaped garden.
Overlooking the Beydere Valley, the resort's decor will reflect Cappadocia's kervansaray (caravansary) culture, with handcrafted mother of pearl furniture, traditional Turkish rugs and original art.
The Ajwa Cappadocia will feature a landscaped garden with more than 130 plant varieties, 120 cherry blossom trees, lavender, roses and such aromatics as thyme, sage, rosemary and sumac.
There will be 10 guestroom categories set across three buildings, Kervansaray, Sakura and Carsi, as well as nine cave suites, with large living room areas and one to three bedrooms.
The hotel's fine dining Zeferan Restaurant will serve a fusion of Azerbaijani, Turkish and Sinasos cuisine and will feature a range of international treatments and a traditional Turkish hamam.
Families can take advantage of the Ajwa Kids Club, complete with a playground and assorted games and activities, and Ajwa Farm, with iguanas, turtles, fish, exotic birds, sheep, goats and rabbits.
Rooms will be priced from about $250 a night, double, including breakfast.
