Design Hotels is poised to open the Market Street Hotel, its first property in Scotland, in Edinburgh in June.
The 98-room hotel will be located between Old Town and New Town near the Royal Mile, Waverley Station, Edinburgh Castle and the Princes Street Gardens.
The facade was designed by U.K.-based JMarchitects and is made of traditional Scottish stone, while the contemporary interior was designed by FG Stijl, an interior architecture company spearheaded by founder Colin P. Finnegan.
Hotel amenities will include Nor' Loft, a rooftop Champagne lounge with views of Waverley Valley that will serve more than 10 labels and offer breakfast, afternoon tea and small plates.
Guestrooms will feature king beds, rainfall showerheads, air conditioning, free WiFi and 42-inch smart TVs.
