Beginning Dec. 1, Eurowings will offer six flights a week to New York's Newark Airport (EWR) from Dusseldorf. The service, which was previously operated by Lufthansa, will accompany its existing JFK flights.

Flights are already available for booking, and prices start at about $200 one-way

The service will be operated by an Airbus A330, and all flights to New York offer BIZclass with full-flat reclining seats.

Eurowings' winter flight schedule to Dusseldorf also includes flights from Fort Myers and Miami; summer service to Las Vegas will begin in summer 2019.
