Ramada by Wyndham is expanding in Spain with two hotel openings: the Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Tres Cantos and the Ramada by Wyndham Valencia Almussafes.
The 133-room Ramada by Wyndham Valencia Almussafes opened July 1 with required protocols from Spain's Ministry of Health in place as well as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' Count on Us health and safety measures.
The hotel, located near the Rey Juan Carlos Business Park, features a 24-hour private gym, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a garden and sun deck and a restaurant and bar. Three meetings rooms with audiovisual capabilities can accommodate up to 120 guests.
The Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Tres Cantos is still under development and is scheduled to open in September.
The 61-room hotel is located in a corporate location north of Madrid and offers access to the Euronova Business Park and Madrid's city center.
The contemporary property, which is also near the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, features a fitness center, an all-day snack bar and three flexible meetings rooms that can accommodate up to 70 guests or 60 banquet guests.
Both properties are owned by European real estate operator Covivio through its subsidiary Covivio Hotels and are managed by Hotel Collection International.
