Grupo Cappuccino is poised to open the Hotel Mama in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, this spring. The four-story property, to be located in the historical Plaza De Cort, will feature 32 rooms, a cinema, restaurant and cafe.

The venture represents the first hotel from Spanish company Grupo Cappuccino, which operates restaurants and cafes in such locations as Mallorca, Ibiza, Madrid, Valencia and Marbella, Spain; Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; and Beirut, Lebanon.

Located in a 19th century building, the property is being designed by Parisian interior designer Jacques Grange and will eventually feature a spa, scheduled to open later in 2018.

Amenities will also include a Cappucine cinema, rooftop pool, gym and patio as well as the Cafe Mama and a Japanese restaurant called Inu Japanese.

Rooms start from about $266 per night, and bookings are available from March.
