The historic Stock Exchange building in Manchester, England, is undergoing a renovation and will reopen as a five-star boutique hotel on Nov. 15.
The Relais and Chateaux property, which will be managed and operated by Manchester-based GG Hospitality, will feature 40 rooms, including two signature suites and a 3,500-square-foot penthouse residence.
The Stock Exchange Hotel will be housed in the original Edwardian Baroque building, located on Norfolk Street in city center.
The renovation will preserve some of the building's original features, including the central dome over the former trading floor, which will now house a dining venue overseen by chef Tom Kerridge.
Two event spaces, the Bank and the Vault, will also be available.
