More than 919,000 travelers flew on Hawaiian Airlines flights in March, an increase of 3.6% over the same month last year.
The carrier also saw its load factor improve, climbing 1.7 percentage points to a March-long average of nearly 83%, according to figures released by Hawaiian April 7.
Meanwhile, revenue producing passenger miles grew 5.3% year over year to more than 1.2 billion.
Through the end of March, Hawaiian transported 2.6 million travelers, up nearly 5% from the same three-month period in 2015, and the carrier’s load factor improved by 2 percentage points to 81.1%.
