Located in Pott's Point, at Kings Cross and Darlinghurst, near Oxford Street's shopping and commercial district, this demure boutique-hotel is, in essence, a sophisticated B&B, but without all of the constraints associated with having to offer breakfast. Located as it is in the downtown area, there are so many dining choices that having a restaurant is not necessary.
Some would call it a pension but the array of accommodations, including standard hotel rooms, studios, and one- to two-bedroom apartments, puts it in the realm of a condo-hotel, albeit one with very limited facilities.
