As
of February, guests of the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun
could begin downloading its new e-concierge mobile app. Available for download
in Android and iOs, the resort’s digital concierge platform offers visitors
another level of vacation planning after making their reservation, and for during
their stay as well.
Guests
can use the app through their smartphone or desktop computer to browse and book
activities and services, including airport transfers, dining options, spa
treatments, family or romantic activities and more. The app will also alert
guests with pop-up notifications about special events and resort promotions.
Guests can change their itineraries and reservations with real-time
availability data, as well as look up resort information and share photos on
their social media accounts.
To
get started after making a reservation, guests can sign into the app by using
their name and email address or Google or Facebook accounts to register. When
booking an activity, service or restaurant reservation, guests can tailor every
detail, including desired day and time, number of participating guests and
special requests using a comment box that links to the resort staff.
The
app is free to download. All payments for reservations made through the app are
charged to guest’s hotel rooms or credit card.
