Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit has recently wrapped the $750,000 renovation of its Italian restaurant, Lucca. The new design is made to resemble a contemporary wine cellar, with marble in the walls, natural wood, and leather.
To match the new vibe, Chef Adrian Aguayo has created a new menu, offering dishes like Polpo a Genovesa (organic greens with infusion of octopus, potato, and olive), Tortellini Ricotta e Prosciutto, and Tartufo di Cioccolato.
