UMI Rooftop + Tokyo Kitchen, a new Japanese izakaya-style restaurant, has launched at the Thompson Playa del Carmen.
The venue creates a multisensory experience through its menu, atmosphere and service, complete with DJs and live performers, as well as a lengthy list of sake, beer and cocktails. The restaurant rounds out the hotel's dining venues, joining Cinco and Alessia Rooftop and Dayclub.
