Palladium Hotel Group will reopen resorts on the Riviera Maya starting this fall.
Guests will be covered for Covid-19-related medical expenses by Palladium's free health insurance program, Stay Safe Plus.
On Oct. 2, the following Riviera Maya resorts will reopen: Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa; Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa; Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa; TRS Yucatan Hotel.
In addition to included medical insurance, Palladium resorts have new protocols in place, including rigorous cleaning and disinfection, additional hand sanitizer dispensers in all areas, social distancing requirements, temperature checks and other health safety measures.
