Playa Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International have opened Paraiso de la Bonita, a Luxury Collection Resort, Riviera Maya, Adult All-Inclusive.
Following a multimillion-dollar renovation, the resort has 100 oceanfront suites, each with private terraces or balconies.
Dining venues include K'uhul Mexican restaurant, Joya with a Latin American menu, Cote a Costa with Mediterranean cuisine and Qin Qin for gourmet Chinese food.
The bars are Buena Onda, Mi Lugar and Bonita.
Part of the resort includes the 22,000-square-foot Thalasso Spa. Guests can book a range of holistic treatments and therapies in its nine treatment rooms. The facility has a seawater hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room.
