This
month, Royalton Luxury Resorts debuted another gourmet dining option with the
opening of the C/X Culinary Experience. Guests of the Hideaway at Royalton
Riviera Cancun and the Royalton Riviera Cancun can add dining at any exclusive
adult’s-only private chef’s table to their All-In Luxury stay for an additional
$80 per person.
The
private dining experience features courses prepared in an open kitchen, then
unveiled one at a time. Seven courses are set to their own musical soundtracks,
as well. The dining begins with a choice of foie gras, yellowfin tuna or duck magret,
served Acapulco style (prepared with cocktail sauce, avocado and
olives). This is followed by pumpkin blossoms
and sorbet to cleanse the palate. A choice of sea scallops on truffle oil
risotto, sea bass a la tall or Black Angus tenderloin follow, concluding with a
chocolate course.
