The Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya has announced that it will reopen as of July 1, launching the Valentin Cares program in the process.
The new program implements more than 150 actions across six main contact areas to help ensure health and safety across the property. These new initiatives will cover guest arrival, rooms, public areas, dining, staff safety and suppliers.
Some of the new protocols include routine body temperature checks among staff, removal of self-serve buffet stations, revised maximum capacities, personal sanitation kits and luggage disinfection.
