Mundo Imperial Entertainment & Hospitality is set to debut its latest hotel, Xixim Mundo Imperial, which will open this fall on the powdery beaches of Celestun, Yucatan. This undeveloped beach destination is a quick drive from Merida, overlooking a protected biosphere and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The all-inclusive, wellness-minded hotel will have 32 suites, each within a cabin with traditional palm-thatched roofs, private terrace and hammocks overlooking the ocean. Wellness features will include a temazcal, or sweat lodge, and spa services.
