Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas is accepting room reservations now in time for New Year's Eve.
Billing itself as the city's first adults-only resort and casino, the 777-room Circa will welcome guests ages 21 and over. First rooms will become available on Dec. 28 and can be booked at CircaLasVegas.com.
The resort plans to open its casino, restaurants and other amenities on Oct. 28.
Circa, downtown's first newbuild gaming resort to open in four decades, topped off construction on June 19 and released renderings of its rooms and suites on June 24.
"From the beginning, I envisioned Circa to be a resort that pays homage to Las Vegas' vibrant past while introducing bold, modern elements. This will certainly shine through in our room and suite collection," said Derek Stevens, Circa's CEO.
"Vintage details are combined with high-tech amenities to create an experience that's uniquely Circa," he said. "I also love to throw a good party, and I can promise that every room and suite will deliver maximum entertainment."
Standard rooms, 403 to 752 square feet and accented in shades of navy and sapphire, will have geometric-patterned carpet, deep walnut woods, custom headboards climbing almost to the ceiling, refrigerators and 55-inch TVs. Some rooms, because of their location within Circa's tower, will have a more panoramic view, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a loftlike aesthetic.
Circa's suites range from 822 to 1,612 square feet and are designed for entertaining. Living rooms feature lounge-style furniture, a black quartz dining table, a full wet bar with refrigerator and 65-inch TVs. The bedroom includes upgraded finishes, an oversize shower and Inova beds hidden in the walls that unfold to accommodate additional guests.
Bunk bed suites, which are 1,362 square feet, and pads, measuring 713 square feet, are available for those traveling with friends. They include a full dining area, a living room with couches, a wet bar and refrigerator and a charger port for each bed.
Six Founders Suites on the resort's top three floors average 1,831 square feet. The two-bedroom suites can comfortably host group celebrations with a black quartz dining room table under a chandelier, a bar, ample seating, two TVs and an electric fireplace.
Rooms will pay tribute to the downtown Las Vegas' art scene, culture and history. Work by local artists such as Jelaine Faunce, Deidra Wilson, Schinn Loong, Sarah Scherf and Adolfo Gonzalez with longtime sign company Yesco will be represented.
Flex options will enable Circa staff to configure rooms to meet guests' specific needs and coordinate bed arrangements for groups of varying sizes. A digital tablet placed in all rooms will let guests control their light settings, check restaurant menus and make reservations at the sports book and pool.
