The Killers will celebrate a return to their hometown and the release of their seventh studio album with a live performance at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Aug. 26.
Songs from "Pressure Machine" (to be released next month) will be performed, along with tunes from last year's "Imploding the Mirage" and other hits since recorded during their 20 years ago together.
The pandemic shut down the band's worldwide tour last year, but the silence of the pandemic proved inspirational for frontman Brandon Flowers.
"Out of that silence this record began to bloom, full of songs that would have otherwise been too quiet and drowned out by the noise of typical Killers records," Flowers said. "Pressure Machine" is being promoted as a quieter, character-study-driven album.
Tickets, priced from $35 to $79.50 (plus tax and fees), are on sale at axs.com.
