Michelin's recently released guide for Las Vegas includes 140 restaurants and 32 hotels.
Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand earned the guide's lone coveted three-star rating which, according to Michelin denotes "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey."
Three restaurants earned two stars ("excellent cuisine; worth a detour") Alex, the Wynn Las Vegas eatery featuring cuisine by Alessandro Stratta; Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace; and Picasso in the Bellagio. Thirteen restaurants earned one star, which Michelin said denotes a restaurant with "a very good cuisine in its category."
