Tryp by Wyndham plans to open its first hotel in Orlando on Nov. 14. The 98-room property will feature 22 dedicated family rooms with more space and bunk beds, fitness rooms with personal exercise bikes and intricate hallway carpeting featuring the map of Florida's Interstate 4 corridor showcasing key rides and attractions of nearby parks.
The hotel was financed by Latin American investors using the federal E5-B program, which grants immigration green cards for residency in exchange for investments in job-creating U.S. business ventures. The hotel is owned by an affiliated company of Riviera Pointe Invest + Develop and will be managed by C&W Hotel Management.
