The U.S. Travel Association has appointed Tori Barnes as executive
vice president of public affairs to replace Jonathan Grella.
She will oversee government relations, communications,
research, marketing and grassroots and political action committee departments.
Barnes joined U.S. Travel in 2017 as senior vice president of government
relations.
Grella had been executive vice president of public affairs
since May 2013 and left to start JAG Public Affairs. U.S. Travel will retain
Grella as a consultant. Last month, the association installed a new national
chair and officers.
