A-Rosa River Cruises is expanding its swimming lessons program for children this summer.
There will be an additional date added to the designated days swimming lessons take place aboard the European cruise line's newest ship, the A-Rosa Sena, in addition to more opportunities for intermediate and advanced swimmers to hone their skills.
Lessons will be offered on cruises departing on July 27, Aug. 3 and Aug. 10. A-Rosa Cruises partners with Wasserlust Swimming School to provide the lessons.
Beginner and intermediate courses are available for children ages 4 and older. Beginner courses are designed for children who are completely new to swimming and want to build confidence in the water, as well as new skills and techniques, while intermediate courses are for children who already have experience swimming and want to improve their skills.
There will be an advanced course added to the lineup this summer, helping children further their stamina and technique, in addition to learning more about safety in the water.
There will be six, 30- and 40-minute lessons taught by a qualified Wasserlust swimming instructor. Prices start at $159.93.
