Century Cruises is adding an eighth ship to the Yangtze River next year.

The company said Friday that the new Century Victory will be a sister ship to the Century Glory, which it said is one of the largest and most ecofriendly river ships in the world.

With the naming of the new ship, the company said it wanted to emphasize victory over a tough year.

"We are all victorious in overcoming our fears imposed by Covid-19 -- the restrictions on travel, limitations on work, on movement, on achievement," the company said in a press release. "We rose above that fear and we are all looking forward to the future!"

Set to launch in September, the Century Victory, like the Glory, will have 260 suite-style cabins in eight categories, all including riverview balconies.

The ship will have seven decks, including a sun deck that the company said is the size of four tennis courts.
