Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection will set sail in
South America for the first time with two itineraries in the Peruvian Amazon.
Cruises aboard the 32-passenger Aria Amazon are set to debut
in September 2020.
The itineraries include the 15-day "Peruvian Amazon &
Machu Picchu Exploration." It starts off with a land vacation in Lima, followed
by a seven-night cruise through the Amazon rainforest. The voyage ends in the
heartland of the Inca Empire with trips to the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and
Cusco.
The 11-day "Peruvian Rivers & Rainforest Discovery"
takes guests to explore Lima and the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve. Guests sail
the Amazon River roundtrip from Iquitos.
Prices start at $11,999 per person, and bookings open to the
general public Dec. 16.
