JetBlue has launched a new website to assist customers who have purchased a flight with booking the rest of their trip.
The site, called Paisly, is a revamp of the apparently short-lived ByBlue tool the carrier launched January 2020, shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic caused travel to all but halt. The ByBlue website is no longer up. JetBlue spokeswoman Emma Magee did not respond to a question about when the platform was discontinued.
On Paisly, users enter their last name and flight confirmation number. Paisly will then use that information to make tailored suggestions on items such as hotels, car rentals and activities. In addition, upon booking through Paisly, TrueBlue frequent flyer program members will earn loyalty points.

So far, JetBlue's vendor partners on Paisly include Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, the Avis Budget Group and "nationally recognized hotels." JetBlue didn't specify hotel brands in a Thursday announcement.
The site also streamlines booking, JetBlue says, because travel information doesn't have to be repeatedly entered for each vendor. In addition, Paisly offers a unified view for each user of confirmed bookings.
Paisly, said Magee, is an improved version of ByBlue, with more products and better suggestions.
She said it will complement the airline's trip packager JetBlue Vacations, but serve different customer needs.
"While there is a clear bundled-package customer, our research has shown that many customers book their flights first and then plan the rest of their trip over the weeks or months leading to their departure," Magee said. "That is who Paisly is built for, the a la carte customer who wants flexibility to book various elements of travel throughout their planning experience."
