LOT Polish Airlines will serve San Francisco next summer. The seasonal route from Warsaw will begin May 6 and operate four times per week.

San Francisco will be LOT's sixth U.S. gateway from Warsaw, joining Chicago O'Hare, Miami, Newark, New York JFK and Los Angeles. LOT also flies to O'Hare from Krakow.

LOT Polish, a Star Alliance carrier, will operate Warsaw-San Francisco with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft configured with business, premium economy and economy cabins. It will be the only airline flying the route.
