Some of Travel Leaders Corporate's advisors continue to work during the pandemic, shifting their customer-service skills from travel planning to scheduling Covid-19 testing for New York state residents.

Travel Leaders Corporate partnered with AnswerNet, a 24/7 call services company, and now about 120 of its advisors are part of AnswerNet’s team of 1,000 helping to schedule Covid-19 testing for New Yorkers.

The advsiors are working remotely around the country,

Travel Leaders Corporate president Gabe Rizzi said the arrangement has kept the travel management company from laying off advisors.

“We are proud that they can use their skills to help New York and New Yorkers recover from the current situation,” Rizzi said. “To step up to learn new skills and help others when they face the catastrophic impact on their own business lives shows true dedication and caring for others.”
