Bangkok-based Minor Hotels will enter South Korea in 2019
with the opening of a 400-room Avani hotel.
The Avani Busan will be a new property located near Lotte Mall and the Lotte World theme park, which also
is slated to open in 2019.
The hotel will feature a Korean-style bathhouse and a
rooftop bar. The project will include 136 branded residences.
Minor operates about 150 hotels worldwide under the
Anantara, Avani, Tivoli, Elewana, Oaks and Per Aquum brands.
