Lifestyle hospitality group Ennismore is bringing its Delano brand to New York and London.
The New York hotel will be a conversion of The Dominick in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. The 46-story high-rise will become the Delano SoHo New York, featuring 390 rooms and suites.
Currently under development near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the Delano London is expected to open in late 2026. The 67-room hotel will feature an Ennismore-managed restaurant on the ground floor. Like the original Delano in Miami Beach, the London hotel will have a Rose Bar. The property will also be home to wellness and retail spaces.
Meanwhile, Ennismore is preparing to reopen the Delano Miami Beach early next year. Opened in 1995, the South Beach property closed in 2020 and has been undergoing a makeover.
Ennismore's parent company, Accor, acquired Delano in 2020 when it purchased SBE Entertainment Group's lifestyle brands. While under the Ennismore umbrella, Delano hotels have opened in Paris and Dubai. In December 2024, Delano's Las Vegas hotel was rebranded to the W Las Vegas.
