Dorchester Collection names Philippe Leboeuf CEO: Travel Weekly

Dorchester Collection has tapped former Raffles London managing director Philippe Leboeuf as its CEO, effective in June.

He replaces Eugenio Pirri, who departed the company in late 2024. 

Leboeuf has held numerous leadership roles, previously serving as director general of Concorde Hotels, where he oversaw 19 owned and 70 affiliated properties. He has also been regional vice president of operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, vice president of operations for Rosewood and general manager of Claridge's in London.

Additionally, he has served as a board director of Leading Hotels of the World.

Leboeuf will oversee Dorchester Collection's portfolio of nearly a dozen luxury hotels in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East, including the Dorchester in London, the Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris, the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles and The Lana in Dubai.
