SAN JUAN -- The former Dutch Inn Hotel & Casino in the
Condado section of San Juan has shed its name after a recent
renovation.
Called the Diamond Palace Hotel & Casino, the 146-room
property features a conference room with a capacity of 220 people,
refurbished guest rooms with cable television, kitchen, bath and
balcony and live entertainment in the lobby bar.
The hotel's restaurants are Martino's, which serves Italian
cuisine, and the Greenhouse, featuring lunch and dinner in a casual
setting.
A variety of gambling options are offered at the Diamond Palace,
the hotel's casino.
Summer rates, valid from May 1 to mid-December, start at $100
per room, per night, double.
