The Excellence Collection, a group of all-inclusive Caribbean resorts, has launched a rewards program that offers guests the chance to earn members-only discounts, gifts, complimentary room upgrades and more.
Membership to the company's new Excellence Collection Rewards platform is free for all new and recent guests, with access to the program extended to anyone who has stayed at any Excellence Collection properties throughout the Caribbean back to Jan. 1, 2019.
Guests are eligible to join the program regardless of booking site or agency used.
The program features four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can qualify for higher tiers by completing more stays at Excellence Collection properties.
Member benefits for the entry-level Silver tier include a welcome gift, a 15% spa discount and a 20% photo session discount, while the top-level Diamond tier includes all Silver-level benefits as well as a daily flower arrangement, a complimentary cheese platter, a complimentary bottle of Mot & Chandon Champagne, a double-category suite upgrade and a complimentary spa treatment, among other perks.
The Excellence Collection operates eight all-inclusives in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica under its adults-only Excellence Resorts, couples-only Beloved Hotels and all-ages Finest Resorts brands.
