The first phase of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve at
Caroline Bay in Bermuda is scheduled to be completed this summer.
The Cove, a collection of residences at the resort, will
make its debut with the opening of 35 units in five buildings. A 79-room
hotel, the remaining 114 residences and a spa and conference space are
scheduled to open in summer 2019.
The Caroline Bay development is located on Morgan's Point,
on Bermuda's west end. Already completed is the Caroline Bay Marina.
