The Downtown Grand Las Vegas will officially reopen Tuesday following a renovation of the 49-year-old hotel.
The property, previously the Lady Luck Hotel & Casino, has 634 rooms, four restaurants and 25,000 square feet of gaming space built out of what was once a factory.
Los Angeles-based CIM Group acquired the property in 2007, a year after it closed, and put about $100 million into the renovations.
The hotel, part of the Downtown 3rd project, also has a 35,000-square-foot rooftop pool area that can be used as meeting space.
The Downtown Grand Las Vegas is part of Choice Hotels International’s Ascend Collection, making it the largest hotel in that group.
The hotel had a soft opening in late October.
