The Four Seasons Hotel New York
Downtown is taking reservations for
stays starting Oct. 17.
The property will have 185 hotel rooms and
157 luxury residences. Designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern and built by
World Trade Center developer Silverstein Properties, the building will have 82
stories and will be 926 feet tall, making it the city’s tallest structure with
residences.
The hotel will include the
restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck and will feature a two-story lobby, a spa, and
a 75-foot-long pool. The property will also have a 3,000-square-foot ballroom
with views of St. Peter’s Church and Oculus, the glass-and-steel structure at
the rebuilt train station at the World Trade Center.
Four Seasons also operates a
368-room hotel in midtown Manhattan.
