The Turks Cay Resort & Marina is due to open on the western edge of Grace Bay off Smiths Reef in Providenciales in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The 140-room resort is being developed by Arik Kislin, co-owner of the Gansevoort Hotel Group, which includes the Gansevoort Turks & Caicos on Grace Bay.

The luxury property will feature three restaurants, a cigar bar, lounges, the Turks Cay Spa, a kids' club, a boardwalk and marina, and a public shopping area with 19,000 square feet of space.

The marina will offer docking facilities for large yachts.

Room categories range from a 717-square-foot studio up to the master suite at 1,370 square feet.

The resort will break ground later this summer.
