Hilton has officially added Playa Del Carmen and Dominican
Republic all-inclusive resorts to its portfolio.
The Hilton Playa Del Carmen was previously the Royal Playa
del Carmen, and the Hilton La Romana was the Dreams La Romana. The Hilton
Romana is now two separate resorts, one for adults only.
Property renovations are slated to be complete by late 2019.
The resorts are part of Hilton's extended partnership with
Playa Hotels & Resorts.
Hilton and Playa plan to rebrand up to eight more
all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico by 2025.
