The Concorde Paris Opera, which is being reflagged as a Hilton, has begun a $50 million renovation that is scheduled to be completed by next March.
The 125-year-old hotel, located in Paris’s 8th Arrondissement, is due to reopen this September as the Hilton Paris Opera. Upon the renovation’s completion, the hotel will have 268 guestrooms and about 5,500 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel opened as the Grand Hotel Terminus in 1889. The property was acquired last year by Hilton Worldwide’s majority shareholder, Blackstone Group.
