Hyatt's Inclusive Collection has launched an online resource for travel advisors called the Confidant Collective.

According to Hyatt, the Confidant Collective platform is designed to "empower travel advisors to become experts on the Inclusive Collection," offering videos; details on promotions, sales and incentives; and the latest updates on the Inclusive Collection portfolio.

The platform also includes Confidant Learning, an online educational program that highlights differentiators and selling points for each of the Inclusive Collection's nine brands. Advisors who complete the program earn Confidant Collective Advisor status, which can be maintained with supplemental courses and annual recertification.

As part of the Confidant Collective rollout, the Inclusive Collection is gearing up to launch a revamped rewards program known as Confidant Rewards. Details on the Confidant Rewards system, which promises to help travel advisors earn points faster, are expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Marriott launched an agent rewards program for all-inclusives earlier this week.

Hyatt's Inclusive Collection comprises the Zoetry, Secrets, Breathless, Dreams, Sunscape, Alua Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara brands as well as the soon-to-launch Hyatt Vivid.
