IHG Hotels & Resorts is bringing its luxury InterContinental brand back to Prague, Czech Republic.
Set to open in the first half of 2029, the InterContinental Prague will occupy a historic building that dates back to 1839 and is located within the city's Old Town. According to IHG, the property will offer proximity to popular tourist sites like Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and the Prague Astronomical Clock.
The 137-room hotel will feature a restaurant, bar, Club InterContinental lounge, conference facilities and a private garden as well as a spa and pool.
InterContinental had previously branded a hotel in Prague that opened in the 1970s; that property is currently the Fairmont Golden Prague.
