Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, a subsidiary of IHG Hotels and Resorts, has announced plans for a lifestyle hotel in Denver that is scheduled to open in early 2024.

The hotel will be in the Denver Tech Center neighborhood in the southeastern portion of the city.

Kimpton Denver Tech Center will be the San Francisco-based brand's third property in the Mile High City, joining Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Downtown Denver and Kimpton Hotel Born in Union Station.

The property, owned by Colorado-based DTC Hospitality Investors, will be a newbuild with 190 guestrooms, including 14 suites.

Planned amenities and services include 7,000 square feet of meetings and events space, a fitness center, in-room yoga mats and complimentary bicycles. Food and beverage options will include a ground-floor restaurant and bar and a 19th-floor rooftop bar and lounge that will host live music.
