A new ski resort complex, Kindred Resort, is on track to open in Keystone, Colorado, in 2025.

Developer Concord Summit Capital arranged $232.5 million of total construction financing for Kindred, a resort that will include a luxury hotel managed by RockResorts.

The Kindred Resort will be located within the destination's River Run area, adjacent to the Keystone Ski Mountain River Run Gondola.

The project will comprise a 107-room ski-in-ski-out hotel, a ski school, several dining venues, a private ski club and 95 condos.

RockResorts, a division of Vail Resorts, will add the property to its existing portfolio of six ski resorts across Colorado and Utah.
