New York City's first hotel under Choice Hotels International's Cambria Hotels & Suites brand opened on West 28th Street in Manhattan's Chelsea district.
Cambria Hotels & Suites New York-Chelsea has 135 rooms. The property is owned by We Care Trading Co. and operated by Concord Hospitality.
Choice has two-dozen Cambria properties in the U.S. The hotelier said last June that it would invest as much as $400 million to help owners speed up the development of Cambria hotels in major U.S. cities.
