Noble Investment Group's hotel-management business has become part of Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
Interstate's management division now operates as Noble-Interstate Management Group, based in Noble's headquarters city of Atlanta. The move adds approximately 60 hotels to Interstate's management portfolio, which now encompasses nearly 400 hotels, most of which are in the U.S.
Independently, Noble continues as an owner and developer of upscale and upper-upscale hotels in the U.S., including Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood and Hilton properties.
Noble said the move enables the company to focus on hotel investment, repositioning strategies and managing assets.
